Investigation of the effects of naloxone plus Aminophyline Therapy on primary apnea of preterm infants

Conclusion Aminophyline could inhibit the inflammation of asthmatic airway by reducing the expression of TRAIL in rat lung and promoting the apoptosis of T-lymphocytes in asthmatic rat airway .
Methods : ① Guinea pigs of asthma models were divided into 4 groups , treatment group with herbal penetration along channel , control group , aminophyline injection group and aminophyline penetration group . After one week of treatment , the latent period of asthmatic attack was recorded .
