Method : The experiment is implemented according to the request of bacterial endotoxin test method collected in the 2nd book , China pharmacopoeia 2000 . Result : Tachypleus reagen can be used to examine the bacterium endotoxin in Ciwujia injection .
The effects of concentrations of reagen , the reaction temperature , and the reaction time on the morphologies of products were investigated in detail . The formation mechanism and applications for hydrogen storage were also discussed .
