Methods Thiry patients with different types of acetabular fractures were given open reduction under general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia . In 9 cases , anterior columns were fixed with plate first , then fixed posterior columns with long lag screws , 2 cases of them were fixed with lag screws , 5 cases were fixed with absorptive screws , all the others fixed with reconstructive plates .
